Day 1: NJP / Bagdogra – Darjeeling
Upon your arrival at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport, meet our representative and begin your scenic drive to Darjeeling. Enjoy the picturesque journey through lush tea gardens, mountain roads, and charming villages before reaching the Queen of the Hills. After checking in to your hotel, spend the evening at leisure exploring the famous Mall Road and Chowrasta, shopping for souvenirs, or relaxing amidst the pleasant mountain weather. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 2: Tiger Hill Sunrise & Darjeeling Sightseeing
Start your day early with a visit to Tiger Hill to witness the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga (weather permitting). On your way back, stop at the iconic Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery. After breakfast, continue your sightseeing tour covering the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, Tenzing Rock, the Japanese Temple & Peace Pagoda, and Happy Valley Tea Estate. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Darjeeling.
Day 3: Darjeeling – Gangtok
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Gangtok, enjoying scenic views of the Teesta River and the surrounding hills along the way. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, explore the lively MG Marg, known for its cafés, restaurants, local handicrafts, and shopping. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 4: Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir Excursion
After breakfast, proceed on a full-day excursion to the magnificent Tsomgo Lake, a glacial lake nestled amidst snow-clad mountains. Continue to the revered Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir (Baba Mandir), an important pilgrimage site surrounded by breathtaking Himalayan landscapes. During the winter months, the region often experiences snowfall, adding to its charm. Return to Gangtok in the evening for an overnight stay. (Visit is subject to weather conditions, road accessibility, and permit availability.)
Day 5: Gangtok – Pelling via Namchi
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive towards Pelling. En route, visit the famous Buddha Park at Ravangla (or Namchi Chardham, depending on the route and time available). Continue your journey through beautiful mountain roads and lush forests before reaching Pelling. Check in to your hotel and spend the evening relaxing while enjoying spectacular views of the Himalayan ranges. Overnight stay in Pelling.
Day 6: Pelling Sightseeing
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour of Pelling. Visit the magnificent Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdentse Ruins, the spectacular Chenrezig Statue and Glass Skywalk, Rimbi Waterfalls, Khecheopalri Lake, and Kanchenjunga Waterfalls. Spend the evening at leisure before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay in Pelling.
Day 7: Pelling – NJP / Bagdogra Departure
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey. As your memorable tour of Darjeeling and Sikkim comes to an end, take home unforgettable memories of snow-capped mountains, pristine lakes, peaceful monasteries, cascading waterfalls, vibrant hill towns, and the unmatched beauty of the Eastern Himalayas.
