Day 1: Bagdogra – Phuentsholing
Pickup from Bagdogra International Airport & Transfer to Phuentsholing. The Gateway of Bhutan by road from India. Phuentsholing is a thriving commercial canter on the northern edge of the Indian Plains. Overnight stay at Phuentsholing.
Day 2: Phuentsholing – Thimphu (170 kms / 6 hr)
After breakfast complete the immigration formalities and transfer to Thimphu (7,710 ft.) – (170 KMS. 6 hrs Approx) The capital city of Bhutan. On the way visit: 1.Kharbandi Gate 2.Gompa Mandir 3.Waterfall 4.Gedu Town 5.Milarepa Temple Overnight stay at Thimphu.
Day 3: Thimphu Local Sightseeing
Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan is a home of the Royal family. After breakfast, start for Thimphu sightseeing. 1.Buddha Point 2.BBS Tower 3.Tashichho Dzong View 4.Zilukha Nunnery 5.Simtokha Dzong 6.Hindu Temple 7.Paper Factory Overnight stay Thimphu.
Day 4: Thimphu – Punakha
After breakfast, drive to Punakha / Wangdue visit sightseeing : 1.Punakha Dzong 2.Dochula Pass 3.Suspension Bridge Overnight stay at Punakha.
Day 5: Excursion to Gangtey
After breakfast, drive to Gangtey (9,840 ft.). Gangtey is the home of Black Necked Crane which migrates from the arid plains of Tibet in the north. It is a beautiful valley of Bhutan. You can also visit Gangtey Gompa. Evening return back.Overnight stay at Punakha.
Day 6: Punakha to Paro
After breakfast, drive to Paro. On arrival check-in at the hotel & overnight stay at Paro.
Day 7: Paro Local Sightseeing
After breakfast visit Paro local sightseeing which includes: 1.Rinpung Dzong 2.Paro Airport View 3.National Museum 4.Dumgtseg Lhakhang 5.Paro Market Overnight stay at Paro.
Day 8: Paro Tiger's Nest Trekking – Night Stay Phuentsholing
After breakfast hike to Taktsang (Tiger's Nest) Monastery, which is Bhutan's most famous monastery situated at 3180 meters. Guru Rinpoche (the great spiritual master) is said to have flown on the back of a tigress to meditate in a cave where Taktsang Monastery now stands. The monastery is perched on the edge of a steep cliff, about 900 meters above Paro Valley. Then move from Paro to Phuentsholing. Overnight stay at Phuentsholing.
Day 9: Phuentsholing to Bagdogra Drop
After B/Fast Move From Phuentsholing and Transfer to Bagdogra International Airport. Here your tour will end with the memorable experience of Bhutan.
